Straight pegs and anchor pegs: which to use, what hole size an anchor peg needs, and how they lock the cord.
The pegs are nylon. Left: straight peg. Right: anchor peg, which fits best in a 5.5 mm (7/32") hole. A nylon bushing is available for slightly larger holes.
A straight peg goes through two loops to join cord to cord. An anchor peg goes through a loop and into a hole drilled in the loom, so the cord hangs from the wood itself. Both lock by friction, need no tools, and can be moved in seconds.
