The simplest lamm-to-treadle connection: a straight drop from the lamm (C) to the treadle, locked with an anchor peg (H) or a straight peg through a doubled cord (G).
Two lamms to one treadle with a doubled cord (J), or one cord split to two points. The peg sits in the middle so both sides adjust together.
The cord passes the lamm (D) and is locked at the treadle with an adjustable connection (F), so treadle depth is set in 12 mm steps. ALT shows the alternative peg placement.
